"I’ve been at this hotel before and the breakfast was good but now it’s pretty sparse. The toaster barely works and the eggs were bland. The room was very clean but wallpaper was peeling the total flapper needs to be replaced. Loved the lotions and shampoo. Had a problem with the tv and the head of maintenance fixed it promptly. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions"

"Kitchen was completely empty, no dishes, silverware, not even paper towel or napkins. Room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Free breakfast was a nutragrain bar and coffee. Not even creamer for your coffee, very disappointing. Would not stay again."

I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now."

"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"Our room was small, but clean, better than average for a typical NYC hotel. The biggest problem was that wifi did not work in our room. We had to use the very crowded breakfast area to do our online work; having to do this was quite unpleasant, especially since we stayed there 3 nights. The staff was excellent, but even with continuing promises that the wifi would be fixed in our room, it wasn't. The manager spoke with us on our last morning, apologizing for this, but if one wants or needs...
