"Tverything was fine, room was a bit dated but on the 14th floor it was pretty quiet very close to Times Square and all the main attractions only downside is the room smelled bad. Staff did bare minimum. Was skeptical after reading the reviews but would definitely recommend for a budget stay in Times Square!"

"Das Zimmer war sauber und für einen Städtetrip, bei dem man sowieso nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer ist, vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dabei. Leider war einer der Aufzüge zeitweise kaputt und in denen habe ich mich auch nicht ganz so wohl gefühlt, weil sie schon etwas veraltet waren. "

"We often stay at the Park Avenue Royalton when we come to NYC. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space and they all have large soaking tubs. Very luxurious. It is a very convenient location, near to buses and subways. The staff is always very helpful and nice. No complaints. "
