"love the location center of all Madrid, hotel staff and amenities amazing ! one thing I would recommend better is the rooftop bar , was not a good experience is very difficult to get service in the rooftop, I believe there can be another system in place to attend guests but overall yes I would for sure stay here again ."

"Upscale and perfectly located amazingly clean hotel in Madrid centro near Puerta del Sol and walking distance to El Retiro Park, the main museums, restaurants, shops and Royal Palace. This is my 4th time staying at the Regina Hotel and I wouldn’t go anywhere else when visiting Madrid. Great professional and very friendly staff that aids you with any kind of planning, reservations. The rooms are beautifully appointed, all times we stayed in the penthouse rooms with hot tub and terrace. Excellent breakfast and perfect air conditioning. Highly recommended!!!"

"Our stay at Barceló Torre de Madrid was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and every detail reflected the pride the team takes in the property. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was incredibly gracious, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a wonderful experience. We needed to add a daybed to our reservation for our daughter, and the team accommodated the request immediately. They even came up to ensure everything was set up perfectly before we returned. A special thank you to Lucia, who was absolutely phenomenal. She felt more like a personal concierge than a hotel staff member, anticipating our needs and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you have the opportunity, ask for Lucia when you check in—she will go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five out of five stars, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Madrid."

Hotel Chamartin The One

"The room was very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked they had large sized safes, big enough for laptops. I would have given five stars except for lack of noise privacy. The room doors did not open and close quietly, so you can clearly hear from the beds when neighbors come and go. Also, the door inself did not seal so any noise in the hallway was easily heard, including full conversations or someone's phone ringing down the hall. A more minor thing is that the lowest setting on the AC was too cold for me, but with a light comforter on the bed at night, it was just right. The dining area, buffet and bar were a nice touch, a bit sparsely decorated or maybe that was on purpose in using it as a multi-flex space. I felt in the evening and lesser in the morning, they were a bit understaffed and it took some time to get service. Front desk staff both for check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of this hotel to travelers on the trains is amazing. The hotel is located in the station complex."
