Was surprisingly clean and well maintained. It was basically a dorm room that lacked soap/other basics. Had a small kitchen. Was confusing to check in as the property is a collection of a bunch of different buildings. A bit noisy too. Overall 6/10

When I first came to the room the lights were not working I had to open the fuse box and fix myself however the lady when checking in was amazing despite not knowing a lot of English she assisted me with direction well and when expecting the two beautiful staff members were welcoming and had no problem helping me check out would come again

The Check in is in one building and then in my case the room or flat is on another building like 6 block away that you have to walk with your luggage or hired a Taxi to get there and Youn need to good thru a long processs to create a virtual key down loading and app and the staff have to explain you a lot of this to get in , one late night I could not get in because my phone was low battery with my kid …. Terrible and luckily the door finally open. I think this is a place to stay for a long time and not a short stay. There is not bathroom supplies and The A/C you don’t have control even thought there is a panel in the apartament. The area does not feel safe and the there is a lot of beggers around it amd last but not least the nearest Metro station are very far from this place. Don’t get me wrong is a nice place , good price but it comes with a lot of downsides. Thanks

Des instructions pas du tout claires sur l'endroit a se rendre. Reçu des mail avec informations contradictoires de l'endroit où se rendre. En arrivant dans la chambre, elle était pas faite, des draps, serviettes et poubelle de l'ancienne personne tout ça a 21.45h, horreusement qu'ils ont pu me changer de chambre a distance. Le personnel a l'accueil très accueillant et efficace.

La dirección equivocada tuve que caminar un kilómetro para llegar a la recepción y hacer check -in y luego salir a la calle caminar 700 metro para ir a otro edificio para entrar tenía que llamar a recepción para que me abriera la puerta del edificio y volver a llamar para abrir la habitación y cada vez que salía o entraba lo mismo mo llamar a recepción si me lo dicen antes para quedarme me pagan los 100 euros que pague para que me quede y no me quedo pero yo llegué de un viaje largo ya llegué al el hotel 21 horas y en cima resulta que era una residencia universitaria

This place is not in the address informed in Expedia. After walking there to Calle Tovar 14 a very impatient and impolite receptionist asked me to go to another street to Checkin. Once there I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to open the door for me. Finally after checking in the staff informed that my building was another one, 5 blocks away. A bad experience overall

No es un hotel , y el servicio que ofrecen no está a la altura

Séjour chaotique... L'adresse communiquée n'est pas celle du logement mais du check-in. Il faut marcher 8mn avec les bagages pour atteindre le vrai lieu d'hébergement (informé le même jour par mail!). Ma porte ne se fermait pas à clé, j'ai dormi avec une porte non lockée (sans le savoir), car c'est le lendemain que j'ai essayé d'ouvrir ma porte sans la carte (pressentiment) et à ma grande surprise... La porte était déverrouillée!! Pas de réception sur place. Je ne recommande pas du tout. La description de l'hébergement porte à confusion avec son nombre d'étoiles... Il s'agit d'un campus étudiant transformé qui accueille une clientèle publique, sans réception ou personnel sur place. Le quartier n'est pas bien desservi. Je ne recommande pas.

Nos enviaron a un edificio distinto al que nos hicieron el check in. En general todo estaba limpio y correcto, pero teniendo cocina, al menos se agradecería contar con un par de vasos, platos y cubiertos. La recepcionista, Laura, 10 puntos, amable y servicial.
