Very good value for your money. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were kept in clean order. A no-frills room, but worth it for the location and one of the best pricepoints in Madrid.

Great location for getting around Madrid, restaurants nearby, Starbucks right across the plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and finding the right bus for public transportation. Room was very clean, but also very very small. No lobby to speak of. Good place to come home to sleep, but you wouldn't want to spend much time at the hotel.
