Great property and feels local (cause it isn't a traditional hotel). The staff is very available in an office on the first level and makes check-in very easy with providing code, etc. There is a lot of shopping and dining on the street and even more within walking distance. The property is hard to get to via car, but this can be considered a good thing!

Ideal location - walking distance to culture (museums), and nature (Retiro Park), amazing taverns and restaurants, and shopping too. Warm, friendly staff. Try the Casa San Juan (ground floor of the building) for Spanish food.

It was centrally located. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Check in was so easy and good communication with Domi. It was located in the Bario de Las Letras. Great place if you want to be where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are. Would definitely go back. 5 stars for sure.

The apartment is lovely. Very spacious, charming, comfortable and in perfect state. We loved the balcony overlooking the street, and how lovely the neighbourhood was. The location is fantastic. We were just very unlucky, because there were issues with the hot water. On the first day, there wasn't any, and the rest of the time, we only got lukewarm water in the shower. They offered a meal as compensation, which we declined (no further communication from the owners after that). We'd prefer a resolution to the problem.

Liked the location in historical area of Madrid. Pedestrian friendly, lots of culinary choices, and very cool vibe. Accomodations had elevator, so that was a plus.

Good location in the heart of old Madrid. Very walkable to anything a person could want or need, and when it was all done, we walked less than a minute and was able to hail a cab back to the airport.
