When we inadvertently left a small item in the room's fridge, the housekeeper tracked us down in the parking lot and returned it. There are actually containers for recyclable items on every floor. This place does everything right and is our favorite place to stay,"

"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "

"Lovely clean hotel in a gorgeous location with stunning views. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I had to add an extra night before I arrived and the staff made sure I stayed in the same room throughout my stay so I wouldn’t have to move (even though I accidentally booked the wrong room type!) There is a small shop area with drinks and snacks, open 24 hours, which was really useful. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety. Although could do with more vegetarian / vegan options. Shout out to the cleaners because the whole hotel was spotless! It’s situated on a lot with a McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Cafe, Liquor Store, Grand Union Market and other shops which are surrounded by beautiful views. If you really wanted to, you could spend your whole stay there. It was also really good value for money and one of the cheapest hotels in the area. Would recommend and would stay at Best Western again if I’m ever in Cooperstown. Thank you :)"

"Everything was clean and well-stocked. I liked the wall-mounted hand soap and lotion at the bathroom sink and the mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I can’t remember ever having hand soap in a hotel bathroom…it’s usually just the little bar of face soap. This small detail made a difference, in my opinion. Breakfast had plenty of options and oat milk with the coffee, which I appreciated. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they have on-site EV charging stations; however, I couldn’t get it to work, plus there were non-EV vehicles parked in the EV parking spots. That is my only complaint about my stay. Perhaps the staff could have helped me, but I checked in so late that I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Overall, this is a great hotel with nice amenities. Would stay again. "

"Coming in from out of town for a wedding, we needed an early check-in. I called the night before to confirm and upon arrival, even though we were even earlier than expected, the front desk was happy to accommodate us. Hotel room was perfectly adequate - clean, quiet, and worth the price! Staff was friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again!"
