"Very nice personal and service. Free drinks, towels and other stuff. Big Hotel with a lot of stuff like small football and basketball court, tidy beautiful rooms with very beautiful views. A lot of good restaurants around and the Promenade is like 10min Walk. Just one small complain, the ping pong balls and the football table were not in a good condition but that is almost irrelevant. All in all 5 stars very good stay."

The location of the hotel is not only at walking distance to all major sightseeing in Funchal, but also have tour operator options nearby and within the hotel itself. The central location makes it quite easy and convenient to commute with the public transport nearby. The rooms are also spacious with perfect Ocean view to grace your vacation everyday. "Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles...

"Loved this hotel! Stunning views from the balcony, brilliant staff, food was pretty good and served warmer than you often get in all inclusive, so that was great. Entertainment in the bar every night. Two pools and a jacuzzi. Rooms were large with comfortable seating and a large telly. Balcony is great. Just 2 draw backs, the beds are quite hard, and there are fans rather than air-conditioning, so the nights can be warm, but that is definitely a price worth paying!"

"The property was kept clean and tidy and there were so many great spots to enjoy the views and always with a great ambiance. The direct access to the ocean for swimming and snorkelling was one of our favourite parts. "

"Beautiful property with plants everywhere. A place to relax and chill amongst butterflies and plants! Staff and kind and attentive. Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. "
