"Very small inconvenient room, no coffee maker, no iron, nothing found in the room except the bed!! No room to move or even put your bags, no cupboards… can’t move in the room!! Literally a small box. Don’t recommend at all."

"Der Hauptgrund für die Bewertung: das schlechteste ist die Kaution. Man zahlt 100€ mit der Kreditkarte pro Zimmer, und bis heute habe ich diese nicht zurück bekommen, obwohl es beim Check out hieß es war alles gut. Dann ist es nachts extrem laut, weil unter dem Hotel ganz viele Bars sind. Die Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln (in eins mit Fenster in den Hof) wurde nicht gegeben. Für die Sauna muss man einen Slot buchen, bei uns war sie aber kaputt und nur das Dampfbad sollte funktionieren....

"Honestly this is my 10th visit to this hotel, but this time it was v unpleasant. 1. Internet problems with wifi everyday 2. First room I checked in had a brown tap water and terrible smell. 3. Moved to second room where the shower sink was clogged and upon the first shower the whole bathroom was flooding with my clothes and personal belongings all ruined. Technician was called to fix it, they fixed it first time and did not work. Second shower had the bathroom flooding too. Until a technician...

"Very nice hotel and clean good service"

"The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :( I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good "
