"Very helpful staff. Some of the customers while we were there were a bunch of whiners however, trying every way possible to get a reduced rate by complaining about every thing they could. I hope it did not work!! This hotel did a great job at attempting to satisfy customers!"

"The staff we spoke to were great - and the room as usual was immaculate. Disappointed only one restaurant was open (and the expensive set menu one at that ) , so our family had to go to the airport terminal instead. Otherwise excellent! "
