"I stayed here for a concert at the arena so mainly picked it due to its location to the venue. However I’m so glad I did. The room I stayed in was immaculate. Felt like everything was brand new with how clean it was. It also had a lovely aesthetic that made it feel like I was staying in luxury. Best of all the staff were so lovely. Many people from the concert were staying there and at the end of the night as everyone was returning they had treats laid out for people to snack on while waiting...

"Nice property in the western suburbs of Sydney. Located close to a shopping center with dining options. My only issue was when I told the front desk staff that the gym water cooler wasn't working, and asked if they could do something about it, the gentleman simply said no and went into detail on how he could not help me. "The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
