"The hotel is about 8 mins walk from the nearest Subway station. The nearest bus stop is just about 3 mins walk, can take bus to Hongik University ~30 mins, Dongdaemun Market ~40 mins, the location is super good for bus travellers. The room is typical compact, allows to open a mid-size luggage. The room is very clean especially the towels. The mattress and pillows are very soft, very comfortable. "Perfect location, flawless management, extremely kind and friendly host!!! We all felt welcomed to stay at Blossom Yeonnam, toasted bread with butter and strawberry jam ( ready in fridge by a host of Blossom) was very satisfying for my children at early morning. I got a big compliment from my three teenagers regarding “where we are staying !” Thank you!!! We had perfect vacation at Hongdae. "

"Super kind owner. Allowed us to store our luggage there prior to our stay for an extended period of time. So kind and helpful. The area is very close and covnenient to shopping and dining areas walkable and close to the station for subway and airport limousine transfer stop. "

"Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. I've always liked the Mercure brand hotels whenever I travel. The room is always clean, comfortable with functional spaces. Unlike other hotels with similar size, this one is not loud and it doesn't feel like you are suffocating in the room. I will come back! Also the staff at this location is extremely polite and friendly! 10/10!"

"Location-wise: Not bad in Hongdae. But you might want to check the opposite Mercure hotel. The room is small, with only minimal supplies. No toothbrush nor tea bags. Claims to be eco-friendly but with paper cups and plastic bottles? Good toiletries. Lobby on 21/F. Easy check out. "

"The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a shared bathroom. They also had a nice downstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Seoul."

"Great location and super helpful host Jin who went out of her way to ease our trip. The hill leading to the guesthouse is pretty manageable unless you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. I would stay here again on my next trip. "
