For what we pay, it is good room and deal close to restaurants, station and park where we can run. Top floor Pool is just for SNS photo…. Above all, considered next destination for Seoul trip again.

Great stay. Property is a bit dated and needs a good reno soon. Staff was great at keeping the place clean and tidy. The expedia post had in room washer/dryer, the Royal Suite did not have it. There was two washer/dryer on the main floor in the common area, the one on the right has issue drying.

Clean room near Balsan

The hotel locates at only 5-minutes walking distance from Balsan station. It is modern hotel but the lighting was just too dark. There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, so the light would turn itself off when I was in the middle of a shower. The A/C inside the room was pretty loud, and the blinds for the room had a gap so light could come through in the morning. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, no lack of eateries nearby. So I would suggest to take breakfast nearby instead. The quality of the continental breakfast was very disappointing, the food (eggs, bacon and sausage was not hot, and the eggs were mixed with water). Definitely can get much better food with the same amount they charge.

繁華街から徒歩近くで食べ物にこまらないのは二重丸。設備は電源プラグの数が少なく、またビジネスデスクがないため宿泊中のデスクワークに難儀。３泊の内タイミングが合わず、清掃してもらえなかったが２泊目は水やタオルをセットでドア前に置いて頂けたが、３日目はなにも補充がなかったのは残念であった。次回はビジネスデスクがあるか事前確認したい。

室内の設備がやや悪い、スマホの充電コンセントが無い、バス、シャワールームが建付けが悪く水が外まで流れ出てトイレの中まで水びたし、洗面所の水捌けが悪すぎる等改善施策が必要有り。 他のサービスは良かった、又、ソウルに行く時は泊まり叩いたと思う、今までは、ロッテ金蒲空港ホテルを利用していましたが、鉢山駅迄ま近いし周りはマゴクより便利ですよ。
