"No working WiFi expect in the main bedroom. Poor quality of fittings inside; during our 4 day stay, both bathroom sink taps/faucets fell off as they weren’t screwed in tightly. Customer service was extremely poor. When we reported these issues, a man randomly turned up at our apartment door without any notice whatsoever(!), saying he was there to look at the WiFi - he said there was nothing he could do, took a picture and left. "Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. "

"Breakfast room and breakfast options were great and the staff at breakfast area were friendly but the rooms were not great, Bathroom was not great. Hot water faucet in the bathroom sink was very slow flowing. Hot water was supposedly shut off from 12-2am but it was never restored until the next morning and the maintenance showed up only after 9pm. What do they expect people to just sit around until midday to shower and get ready to go out? The bathroom was not locking when we tried to lock but...
