"Everything was clean, very organized, and well maintained. Building is new, built in 2023. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the Mines View park. Opalyn, the caretaker was amazing. Zeny, the property manager, was also very kind and professional. "

"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Pro: Very near to airport, with shuttle service (need to pay). Con: There was no blanket provided for the rooms. Each room/bed has only 1 thin bedsheet. So I paid extra to get 2 more bedsheets so to be used as blanket for sleep. "
