"Great space and atmoshere. Room was large and area very convenient. Old town area so had some sewage smell from the drain which was not pleasant in our room. Went to complete laundry but the washer was smelly and needed to be cleaned. We ran a clean cycle and advised the 3rd party app but they would not refund the invoice of $3 even though we disclosed the issue. Free tea was nice touch. Would stay again."

"Close to station. Easy to find. Breakfast room very busy so not that relaxing but the staff were great. Shops and restaurants all around ."

"5 min away from the old town; clean and a relatively spacious room, great view from the roof top bar. The shower might be difficult to get in or get out of. Small elevators, but I think that is typical in Swiss hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. "

"What a beautiful hotel with lots of history. The town is quaint and very beautiful. We hiked through the lower part of the alps and experienced cows up close and actually walked near a summer home and barn. The only sounds you could hear were the bells on the cows and their mooing. Simply stunning. I will definitely plan to go back to this little town and stay at this hotel again!! Only hiccup was we chose not to book a dinner reservation at the hotel and we missed out on what looked to be a...
