"We had a “junior suite” and it was amazing! The only weird thing was a window separating the bedroom/bathroom…it allowed whoever was in the room to look into the restroom. Strange, but the size of the room and the location made up for that. "

"It was an easy walk from the train station and easy location for taking the local buses. We got a free bus pass from the front desk and used to travel all over Lucerne. The front staff were very knowledgeable with good English skills. Be aware that it is an old building and is not allowed to have AC. We were there in May so it was pleasant....not too sure about how it would be in summer. We had a lovely room with a small balcony but the traffic noise was too loud to leave the window open. All in all....a lovely hotel that I would definitely stay in again."
