Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. "We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"The stay was great, ylu are goven a code to the building and to your specific apartment so check in is easy and quick. The apartment comes stocked with drinks and snacks you can purchase if needed. The big windows in the living space give you a heeatview of two bell towers, and their chimes can be heard throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with many towels, shampoos, soaps, and even a toothbrush. Would highly recommend! "
