"The room was nice with a beautiful view of the Nile. Mohammed at the front desk was very helpful and accommodated us. They also made our anniversary special. Although there is work currently being done near the pool area, it was still a lovely stay."

"The air conditioner in both of the rooms we upgraded to were not working. I decided to stay at the second room only because I had paid for an upgraded room with a view of the Nile. The transportation service available on-site was Amazing, Thank you to Abdul and our driver Doxy. Very helpful."

"I booked the Cruise for 3 days over Christmas, but when I got to the Departure point at 12pm there was no such cruise boat, or cruise, I went to the office and I was informed the boat was somewhere else. Not the type of holiday at Christmas I was expecting, a total nightmare"
