"Super duper inconvinient. I saw cockroaches in my room. All facilities are lack of maintenance (wifi, water heater, tv,etc). Air conditioner looks dirty"

And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."

"Guy on the desk was very helpful and he does a good job, however the hotel doesn't accept credit cards so they asked me to walk 5 minutes on the side of the motorway to an ATM. Bed sheets also not very clean and had multiple stains. Wifi didn't work in the morning. "
