"Hôtel très mignon, bien placé et surtout très propre. Il est possible d’aller à pied jusqu’au Pier 39. Plusieurs arrêts de bus sont à proximité, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à tout moment. Le quartier est vraiment calme et très bien fréquenté, même le soir. Ce que j’ai adoré, c’est que tous les soirs, pendant environ une demi-heure à une heure, l’hôtel met gratuitement à disposition à la réception du lait avec de petits gâteaux au chocolat, parfait pour une soirée film tranquille...

"Very cool stay. If you're looking for modern this is not the place for you. The history is very cool, staff was great and neighborhood as well was awesome. There are no TV's in the room. We were cool with it. It would've ruined the vibe. Once you check in here definitely look up the history of the hotel. Awesome stories "

"Hotel Garrett was a wonderful stay and it was clean and was nicely designed. I know there are complaints about the area being sketchy, but this what SF has become everywhere due to the City not helping it's people and not the fault of the hotel. I appreciate the very secure lock lobby door to keep things safe and felt very welcomed by the staff! The breakfast is small but had delicious pastries from a local bakery. "
