"Pros: The complimentary breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. While it is free, it’s customary to leave a tip. The hotel has four elevators, so we rarely had to wait. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day. Cons: We stayed for four nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small. "The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious, stylish and clean. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the area, especially on the weekend when nearly everything closes. It’s a business district and pretty sterile but good access to transit around."

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"The room was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure. It was exactly what we needed. We both slept in until about 9am because we had such a great night of sleep. The hotel had a great smelling diffuser throughout. All was well."

"It's rare that I like hotels in San Francisco but this one was great! I saw 2 types of rooms and even the smaller one (I got upgraded to a larger thanks to Expedia) was nice, clean and more importantly calm (difficult in San Francisco). Good location : in the center and without being dodgy. Will definitely come back."

"The place is quaint. They have a happy hour that was wonderful and they had cute little rooms with fireplaces. And they had a nice little breakfast down there in the little rooms with the fireplaces the next morning."
