"Excellent breakfast included. Free parking ! Some of the front deskstaff could be a little friendlier. Roof top terrace had great views ! Room was okay, nothing special. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

La camera presentava delle differenze rispetto alle foto ed era molto calda, senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura o utilizzare l'aria condizionata della camera. La pulizia della camera era buona, anche se non perfetta. Ottima la colazione. Probabilmente il prezzo era troppo elevato per l'esperienza complessiva."

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. Car park which we managed to get a space, parks 10 cars. Neighbourhood very good and it’s a walk down the hill to the bus stop which you...

"Beautiful condition of hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Location was cool but long walks into Florence center but okay to beat the congestion of the city center trade off. The area directly outside the hotel gate was very sketchy especially if you are traveling solo. Once in the very narrow entrance of the property, you feel safe. "

"Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast. A lovely terrace to sit on and watch the world go by. Free tea/coffee/water provided throughout the day. Would definitely recommend others to stay at the Hotel Silla! "
