"Very overrated and overpriced. The place is very dated and old. The master bedroom door wouldn’t lock. The restaurant shut down early. The margaritas sucked. The beach areas smelled like a septic system. It was covered in sea weed. There was no parking."

"Was the high light of our trip, the stay there.We were able to cook out on the grill, the hammock swing was amazing. Everything was there, very convenient."

"Staff wasn’t trained when we arrived and couldn’t provide any assistance about the property and nearby area. Also we found a big nail in the master bedroom and pimple patches on the extra bedspread. Overall property is well maintained with good amenities. Little far away from the main Key West area but we liked the privacy."

"Our rooms appliances were very worn. Washer and dryer were very loud when using. No phones to call front desk. Master bathroom door locks were broken and my daughter got locked in. Our main door didn't lock so we had to move a table in Front of it, so we knew if someone was coming in. No pool towels were available on Thursday of our stay. None got cleaned. Then you had to go to the front desk, out of pool area across the street to get them on Saturday, had to wait in the check in line to ask for...

"The property is very convenient and I loved that there were multiple places to access sitting by the water. My room had a sliding glass door to a porch, but the neighbors are literally right next to us smoking, so we couldn’t use it. The pool was nice. The breakfast was a nice meal with a view on the dock."

"We had a clean room. Our AC wasn’t working when we arrived but we only waited about 25 minutes before someone arrived to fix it. The property was clean. There were a few hiccups with the elevator not working during our stay, which would have been fine but it was so hot and we were on the top floor lol Overall, it was great, and we’d stay again!"
