"Very overrated and overpriced. The place is very dated and old. The master bedroom door wouldn’t lock. The restaurant shut down early. The margaritas sucked. The beach areas smelled like a septic system. It was covered in sea weed. There was no parking."

"Was the high light of our trip, the stay there.We were able to cook out on the grill, the hammock swing was amazing. Everything was there, very convenient."

"Staff wasn’t trained when we arrived and couldn’t provide any assistance about the property and nearby area. Also we found a big nail in the master bedroom and pimple patches on the extra bedspread. Overall property is well maintained with good amenities. Little far away from the main Key West area but we liked the privacy."

The issues we had were that we were there for a week and upon check in were not notified the elevator was tore up, which did not get fixed the entire time we were there even though we were told it would fixed the day after checking in. Also there was one day we went went without water for the majority of the day."

"This is a very nice, clean and well-maintained property. We absolutely loved our room, from the moment we walked in! It was spacious, very nicely decorated, and smelled fantastic. The small kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony. The pool was spacious and clean, had plenty of seating and umbrellas, and a tiki hut with ping-pong table, complement towels and a refrigerator full of bottled...

"Our rooms appliances were very worn. Washer and dryer were very loud when using. No phones to call front desk. Master bathroom door locks were broken and my daughter got locked in. Our main door didn't lock so we had to move a table in Front of it, so we knew if someone was coming in. No pool towels were available on Thursday of our stay. None got cleaned. Then you had to go to the front desk, out of pool area across the street to get them on Saturday, had to wait in the check in line to ask for...
