"The newly renovated hotel is nice. The new pools are great. Easy access to beach. Food at restaurants is ok. Park side view is horrible, especially when there’s a big blue dumpster right outside window. Get a gulf view room. Parking is in Egypt and $15 to self park."

"The series were awesome, however the booking through Expedia wasn’t so good! I got my cancellation for wrong dates, but my reservation was not made for my new dates. I had to check in at the hotel for both nights 😡 😃"

"The staff was very friendly. Fixed the air conditioner as soon as I let them know something was wrong. Clean rooms, soft beds, hot water, and fresh coffee. Very nice stay."

"Our front desk attendant who checked us in around 9:45pm was spectacular! Her warm, welcoming personality and down to earth nature were a welcome surprise.
