"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"Definitely over priced. The location is very good, right in the middle of the city but in a quieter area. In spite of what other travellers are saying I did not find the property loud. If it would be cheaper I would give it full marks, but sincerely it is not on the level of a boutique hotel. "
"Great convenient location, excellent staff, housekeeping. Super clean room. Very basic but worth the price. And safe, has an extra gate that requires a key also prior to getting to the rooms. Also has a refrigerator that worked great. Would definitely stay here again."

"Food was great at both restaurants. Atmosphere was good. Views were great facing the ocean. Staff was friendly and bar servers and restaurants servers were great! The key is to tip them and you get great customers service. Only thing i would have liked if they had at least two more restaurants. "
