"Our suite was comfortable for four friends travelling together. There was ample room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating and Martha (concierge) was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp. We loved how modern everything was and enjoyed being in the Condesa neighbourhood. Only feedback is that the walls are like paper, and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next door. It wasn't an issue for me since I'm a heavy sleeper, and they do supply earplugs in case you need them."

From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City."
