"Our room looked the same each day as when we first arrived, it was spotless. Comfortable beds, quality bedding, beautiful decor, a lot of attention went into the details. Location perfect. Condesa is an urban jungle, very calming and family friendly. Close to Parque Mexico, Roma Norte, Anthropology Museum, we walked everywhere. Staff amazing! Friendly and professional. "Great place to stay in Condesa! Booked through Expedia and did not run into any issues at check-in. They did not require a credit card hold or a rental deposit (despite seeing reviews about this). Staff were very friendly and professional (though not super fluent in English). The area was very safe. You do have to buzz into the main entrance every time, which is a bit annoying. But the security staff are there 24/7. Loved how there were free bike rentals and free laundry facilities in the...

While I do agree the water pressure wasn’t great and that it wasn’t as close to amenities as other hotels, but the two separate sitting areas, dinning room, washer/dryer, and kitchen set up, plus private outdoor space made this space worth it.
