"This was a no frills spot near the bull fighting arena in Madrid. The room was basic but adequate for a short stay. The location had decent proximity to mid to lower end restaurants. If you are on a somewhat tighter budget and are not looking for anything fancy but doable place for a couple of nights, this would be totally ok. Nothing wrong with this place, just very simple."

"This hotel is very nice but the pool does not open till June. I booked this hoping my son could swim on our vacation but we were not able to. Even though that was disappointing overall it was a great hotel and I would stay here again! "

"We found the hotel staff to be pleasant and very helpful. The location close to the Metro made it easy for us to get around and there is a variety of food options close to the hotel. The room had ample space and was well maintained, we managed to sleep well each night. We enjoyed the breakfast options. While the buffet is really a continental breakfast, you can also order eggs to your specifications. We tried scrambled eggs and omelettes on different days and it was tasty. The one downfall is that there aren't much options for vegetarians."
