Old facility that needs sprucing up. Walls were dinged up, including a gaping hole in the bathroom where the doorknob made contact with the wall. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Shower curtain was very thin. It couldn't contain the water in the tub. Every time the shower was used, the bathroom floor would be wet afterwards. I found a bedbug after my first night there.

There is graffiti in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower, a towel rack falling off the wall and a broken table. I found two bed bugs in my bed and reported its management but they did nothing about it.

There is graffiti in the bathroom, cold water in the shower bed bugs in the bed and the room was not clean and had broken table. I reported these issues management and they refused to change my room.

Look elsewhere unless you want to wait around for a room to available and then once you receive it, it be dirty. It was so bad I couldn’t even spend the night in there. Hotel owner or Expedia did not want to refund this stay either.

Maybe wait until they finish renovations.

There was random damage to several of the walls, the bed was not only uncomfortable, but creaked and moaned randomly. The floor was filthy, there was water damage on most of the walls. There was no water pressure on the shower. They said they were renovating the building, so maybe it will get better soon.

The Mattress it was very dirty .. the bed was noisy and uncomfortable.. The area is terrible there is a lot of prostitution. And homeless.

The bathroom light was out the room was dirty and the rules and policy that is online is not the rules and policy onsite....I had paid in advance and was told later I had to check out for 2 days and had No where to go..Not one time did they ask if I needed clean towels or sheets

The air conditioner's button is broken, so you can't adjust the temperature. It takes 5 minutes to get hot water. I asked the lady about it, but she was sleeping at the time and looked annoyed.
