From the moment we arrived, the service was polished, warm, and genuinely attentive—exactly what you’d expect from a luxury property, but delivered with a personal touch that really stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, blending classic architecture with modern finishes. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. The views of the ocean and city added a great touch, especially in the evenings. Dining was another highlight—excellent food, great ambiance, and top-tier service. The rooftop experience in particular is something you don’t want to miss. Location is perfect as well—close to the waterfront, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in Long Beach. Overall, a standout experience. Whether for business or a getaway, this hotel delivers across the board. Would absolutely stay here again.
