"Room was beautiful and very comfy bed. We had a corner room that was over the main plaza. Snacks on roof bar area were delicious. They seemed very short staffed. If you are a light sleeper and there on weekend ask for room in the back. The weekend is packed with activities on the Plaza. If you like watching from your balcony you will love it. "

"The rooms that was reserved was not given to us correctly the Junior suits had no view as requested and paid. No English speaking front desk. The service was very slow and almost nonexistent. The pool bar opened very late. The beach is beautiful wish the service would have been better. "
