"I rented room 8. It was clean and comfortable but there was a Mothers Day celebration on Friday night that went well into Saturday morning. This is not the fault of the hotel and had I known I would have delayed my arrival by a day. Celebrations at the square are not just loud they are super sonic loud. Alejandro and his staff should be rated a 10 on a 5 scale. They are amazing"

"The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to help us with a rental car and instead of the car we end up going to another"
