What a great place to stay! Quiet room despite being near restaurant and bar, comfortable bed, clean and well appointed bathroom. Great food in conveniently located restaurant! Lovely and helpful staff. Would def stay again!

Location on beach at end of malecon was good as was the buffet breakfast. Our room smelled very strongly of chemical disinfectant when we arrived, so much so that we had to open the windows. The bathroom on the other hand had a very strong mold smell. There was a large group of male guests that partied until 4 am with very loud music. Someone from the hotel should have enforced the quiet hours. Overall, the best thing about the hotel was the location, but the facilities need a refresh.

I was there when Hurricane Polo was arriving so things were not running as usual. There was no breakfast buffet foe my 3 days there, but they served an entree each day instead . The lady Manager was not the friendliest but the other staff was great, especially Angel at the front desk. He really tried to please but was hindered by the lady manager. She owns a pack of dogs who roam around, so if you like dogs...The view and location is great. All in all it was a little pricey for what you get.

The locación on the beach was perfect, the sunrises and sunsets we watched were increíble. Distance to malecón and town center were great, nice little walk every day! The breakfast buffet changed daily and was the best Mexican food and very filling. Happy hour margaritas were strong and delicious. Our room looked right out onto the beach and absolutely no complaints at all. Every single staff member was courteous, helpful and friendly. Didn’t actually get any of the breakfast staff or bar workers names unfortunately. The reception workers, Laura, Larissa and Enrique were excellent and they had great English too. Thank you.

Beautiful area & friendly staff. Only 2 breakfasts are included per room, even if you make a reservation for more. It was cheaper to take the kids elsewhere. They loved the pool & beach. Good, older place for a night's stop.
