The hotel and staff service was great. My only two issues were the WiFi signal in my room was almost not existent, I had to step outside by the pool area just to do basic stuff online, and the water temperature for the shower was barely warm didn't matter at what time, but overall it wad good, I always stay at this hotel when going to Loreto

Great room, kitchenette, toaster & blender too, tv with many channels. Rooms cleaned well every day, great staff. Lovely pool & hot tub, towels supplied. Breakfast included. The downside was bad internet, spotty in many areas, rooms, on various levels, lobby & restaurant. It would drop off or not work ag xll.
