"The room was immaculate, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The staff is so helpful and we found every one of them friendly and attentive. The pool area was my favorite. Nice, relaxing music. Food and drink service at the pool. We also loved the restaurants in the food court on the second floor. The burgers & truffle fries were amazing! It was easy to get a taxi or an Uber when we needed one. Literally, not one bad thing to say about this Resort. If there was something, it would be that the resort fees were $55/day on average during our 7 night stay.."

"The Downtown Grand is in the perfect place; one block away from the Fremont Experience. The Fremont Experience has a variety of music, entertainment, and food. The Downtown Grand is also steps from the Mob Museum."

"Stayed at this property in the past and liked it so booked again. This time hotel room looked remodeled and modernized was positive. They did not change California blinds/shutter which did not completely black out lights from outside. Also, you will hear trains running by several times a day. We liked this property in the past for the casino but very disappointed this time table games were open weekends only. The property is still a charm but it lost features we liked about."

"We arrived in town very late, around 2am. We came to Vegas for doctors visits as we live in rural Nevada. Check in was easy through the kiosk. From the kiosk it asked if we wanted upgrade. I was excited about an upgrade. HOWEVER, we got to the room and the tub had puke and there was cigarette ashes in the sink. If it wasn’t for the fact that my husband and daughter walked in and passed out immediately from exhaustion I would have packed up and left right then. I let my family sleep till around 7am. We contacted Expedia and the front desk. Showing them the pictures. They charged us for the night we stayed, BUT they did refund us for the other days we were going to stay. So…over all…it’s a no. "

"I have family in Las Vegas. I flew in to attend a party. I had no idea that I would encounter the absolute worst ever experience. I decided to stay at Circus Circus because of the Circus. I believe that would be the only reason for anyone to consider staying at this grotesque motel. First, I checked in and was told that I needed to walk a million miles to my room for the evening. Once I reached the room, it was totally disgusting. Second, the room was dated. It was covered in late 1950's wallpaper. Third, there was an odor that was unrecognizable, causing me to be sick to my stomach. Lastly, ROACHES, in the restroom!!!!! I was furious!!! The staff was just as awful as the room. I alerted one of the front desk members. She told me to speak to housekeeping who then transfered me back to the front desk. "Whose job is it?" Finally, I reached a front desk supervisor. She decided to upgrade my room. That meant absolutely nothing to me because I was due to depart at 0700 the next day. I will NEVER visit this place again. Plus, I will be absolutely positive to let the world know, via social media, that this dump is not worth $.02!!!!!!"

"Everything is great…location is just really far from the strip is all. Ride share pick up is quite the walk from where my tower is at. Pool staff were great. Bell mans were nice. Smaller casino=less walking but im fine with that. I wished my room smelled just like the lobby, renovated rooms means the rooms smells like they just did construction the day before-to me is kinda strong but manageable. I never got to check out their restaurants but over all, I would still come back and stay at this place. "

"Room was given to me dirty, bed unmade and towels on the floor in the bathroom, it was a terrible stay nothing was offered for this nor a partial refund was offered. Will never stay there again! "
