"We have stayed on several occasions and all the staff are lovely.
However, our room was cold and we were told there was an issue with the AC which would be fixed the following day. It wasn't and we were provided with a portable heater.
Also, the toiletry containers needed refilled - they were empty."

"What a surprising airport hotel. I did not expect it. The room was very spacious. Surprisingly big really. The bathroom was rather contemporary and clean. Room was quiet. The shuttle to the airport goes around the clock (or at least when I needed it for a small fee). I won definitely recommend this hotel. "
