The only suggestion I would give is that it would be nice if there was a sachet of hot chocolate mix in the room for when you are staying with kids so they can enjoy a warm drink too. But all I'm all it was a nice stay"

"We booked this hotel primarily because the website said they offered a shuttle to and from the airport - A ”rare find for the area”. We could not find the pick up location on arrival and took a bus instead. Upon check in at the hotel they informed us they no longer have a shuttle. We had to pay extra for the bus and taxi to get to and from the hotel. Our flight was early on a Sunday so limited bus options and Uber was 3x higher than normal day time hours. Very misleading and disappointing. Also very limited restaurants in the area."
