Hotel Dekat Padang Bunga Long Bien

"Check in and out weird. Booked a room with internal window but was given window less. Building very old. On the check out I was asked to leave review in front of hotel staff!!!"

"Location is perfect walking distance to all the places, we got upgraded during our stay for a minimal fee which was greatly appreciated. Staff are amazing very attentive and helpful. Nice pool if you wish to relax after a long day. Good spread of buffet breakfast (even for vegetarian). Well done guys keep it up.."

"We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again."

"We loved our stay, really enjoyed Hanoi and Classyc was a great base to see the city and loved the pool too."

"Had a really lovely stay here! The gym and pool were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A special shoutout to Layla at reception, she was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She really made us feel looked after and made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!"

"Really nice property, highly recommended"

"Amazing - kind - clean - lovely staff - big bed!!"

"ホテルは旧市街にあり観光、買物にも便利な場所にあります。ホテルの真向かいのマッサージ屋さんは安くはないけど清潔でよかった。ホテルの朝食は品数も多くどれも美味しい。シャワーも熱いお湯が十分に出ました。スタッフはとても親切に接してくれましたし何の不満もなく3泊過ごしました。大変良いホテルでした、ありがとうございました。"

"Stayed here for several nights, the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were all very helpful and amazing each day. My partner was sick a couple of days on the trip and the staff were very helpful with getting him medicine and teas and room service to help us. They also helped us planned day excursions. Very likely to stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi! Location is great for exploring, just outside the busiest streets that the nights are quiet but you can walk a...

"The view was extremely nice ocean front very friendly stuff"

"The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there"

"Spectacular experience. Every little detail from the staff. 12/10 experience. The best in Hanoi. Boutique with luxury amenities, and the art, food, and amenities are rated with the best. Go!"

"Lovely stay at Bendecir with my mom. The room faces a busy street, with awesome accessibility to the water puppet show and Ngoc Son temple. Great spacious room and nice sky roof breakfast in the mornings. The service by the team is excellent too."

"This hotel was in a great location as it was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and within easy walking distance of everything. Only downside of that of course is it is very noisy. Staff were phenomenal and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast had a great selection. The rooms were nice and spacious and well accommodated our family of four. Would definitely recommend staying here...just bring ear plugs though if you are a light sleeper."

"このホテルは市内の観光スポットから、ソンホン川を渡った位置にあり、観光するためには、移動が必要です。私はバスで移動しましたが、時間通り運行されていました。スタッフはフレンドリーな対応で好感を持ちました。ただ、ホテルにはレストランが併設されてなく、食事場所探しにには苦労しました。ホテルの料金は大変リーズナブルで良かったです。"
