A great experience. Amazing hotel in the heart of old quarter . The staff was supper friendly and made sure that we are comfortable at all time . The rooftop bar is excellent , give a great view of Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter. The room very clean and modern . The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Everything was top-notch. • Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. • Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day. • Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. • Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable. Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos. We highly recommend staying here if you visit.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange trips around Hanoi such as Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at reasonable prices. The hotel location is very convenient, right in the city center. I can't wait to come back here!

The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable.
