"Location is great if going to Tower of London & Tower Bridge which is why I chose hotel. Hotel is under going renovations, there is no AC currently and it was hot in London late May so that was a DRAG!!!!"

"The floors in the room weren’t particularly clean, water stains on the showe glass, unidentified dried green product on cheap plastic toilet seat. The self check-in kiosks are ridiculous but they do have two people running back and forth to help with it. Shower gel and shampoo are the only amenities. ..."
