Outstanding experience at Aeria Whitfield - absolutely no complaints. Communication was fast and efficient, and the flat was incredibly spotless and well-equipped. Location and access to food and transport is excellent. Would most definitely stay there again - thank you so much Aeria!

They were very easy to deal with. The flat was well equipped , spotless and I would highly recommend.

Good Tasteful chic decor, good size apartment. Lobby also tastefully set up. Easy to access keys without front desk. Property was clean. Washing machine and dryer and rack for airing clothes available. Basic kitchen needs. Fantastic location. Bed is so-so, pillows ok. Generally enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Not so good No dish washing liquid and a used sponge provided - didn't I could reuse. No kitchen towels. Only 1 role of toilet paper - apparently you're expected to buy the minimum 4 more on your own - next time will bring my own! Hot water and heating was busted for 1 day - repaired the next day but cold and dirty for 1 nite - updates were not forthcoming late at night about situation. Needed prodding to ask we should wait up to shower. 24h support not so good but office response was professional the next day.
