No Free Parking; Decent Apartment
The apartment was clean and in relatively good condition, though we did note some damage - numbers rubbed off the oven which made it hard to use, broken window latch, missing floorboard and no smoke alarm. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to being made to believe there was free street parking within 0.3mi and no good assistance was offered finding affordable parking. The first few days cost us almost £50 just for parking!

Aparthotels beat the traditional hotel because they feel like a home away from home, particularly the ability to cook your own meals. We enjoyed our stay here because our apartment had everything we needed and was close to all amenities. We were impressed by the level and speed of communication as well as how seamless it was to check-in and out. Would happily stay here again.

no frills apartment with good location
it was a no frills apartment. equipment looked tired and needed replacement. electric stove top has a large crack from one end to the other. the doorbell didnt work and so i missed the postman a couple of times. there was no cleaning for the 13 days i was there. a resut of covid-19. but the location is super, a km frm eith west croydon or east croydon train station

A surviving apartment
Undoubtedly the communication and the online services by Westciti is excellent. They even had somebody to come and check the shower water at 9pm. This must be credited. But the apartment is struggling to be in good conditions: the dishwasher is totally not operational (although we’re not obligated to wash all the dishes, we just wanted to keep the apartment clean). The signs on the knobs of the oven completely faded out so we had to look up the manual on Internet to start it correctly. Then there’s no oven tray provided - they have 2 wire grids but no aluminium paper provided which might make the oven messy. Somebody complained about the boiling shower water here but we kind of fixed it ourselves - actually the knob is stuck with the hard water minerals. We turned it really hard then the water temperature becomes acceptable. The bed is comfortable though. It’s just the apartment darker than it’s shown on the pictures overall. That’s why I titled this comment: the photos look like the apartment is new but in fact the appliances are struggling here to survive. The microwave, the washer and the fridge are working well though. The checkin and checkout process is seamless and I like it. The 200 GBP deposit is unexpected and a bit overwhelming, but I think it is ok. They return it pretty quick. All in all it is a comfortable apartment as long as you can cope with the little problems left and right (I forgot to mention there is no lift for your heavy luggages), but it can be better.

Good location but the rest needs improvement
Good location and good communication from the host but thats about it. Flat needs a deep clean, shower had two options: hot and boiling hot, the promised once a week clean (for stays longer than 7 days) didn't happen.

We had the 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for my hubby and I which was cleaned once a week for the entire time we were there. It was very quiet and centrally located to the markets, shopping center, train and bus stations parks etc. and especially to our children. I would recommend for you to stay here BUT be aware there is no elevator and before booking ask what floor you are going to be on so if you can't manage climbing the stairs you can ask to be on the first floor. Upon arrival our 2 suitcases were taken upstairs for us and we took our other bags even though we were told they would take them up for us. I think I can safely say the only thing we did not like is the little fan we had which now that I think about it we should have asked for another one which I am sure they would have given us so this is on us. All in all we enjoyed our "home away from home apartment" and would stay there again.

Don't stay in the standard appartments
I needed temporary accommodation while work was being done on my house pictures looked go on website, and the location is good. The building I thought I was going to stay in was not the building but the one next to it Alexander lodge, which has the standard apartments. This building looks run down and in need of refurbishing. My flat was on the top floor and there is no lift. Firstly I would like to say the staff was very nice and helpful, but I found the flats were not in good condition. There were cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling, mould on the grout in the shower and on the ceiling which looked like it was painted over. The kitchen counters had burnt marks on it. The base board of the kitchen unit was broken in one place and just left under the unit. The curtains on the windows were dirty and stained. There was an inch of dust under the bed. The flat has all the amenities that you would need but I feel a lot of improvement is needed in the flat overall. I would not stay in the standard apartment again.

Die Uterkunft war sehr gut für einen Trip nach London. In der nähe ist direkt die Bahnstation um mit ÖPNV nach London zu fahren (Fahrzeit 15 min)

No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.
