The real adress of the property should be given when the reservation is done. I was informed 2 days before my arrival. That affected me because my family booked hotels near the first adress it was given to me. That the only thing I would change

Where do I even start with this place? First of all, picking up the keys was such a hassle. We had to travel 40+ minutes away from the location and 40+minutes back JUST to get the key for the apartment. We get to the apartment and it’s super hot, the thermostat didn’t work and it was a completely different apartment than the one in the pictures. The WiFi never worked and the second night there, we discovered a mouse. It took about 2-3 hours for someone to come to get it out. I asked for my money back or a different apartment and the guy refused to do either. The mouse went everywhere, the bed, our clothes, etc. Asking for new bedsheets was like asking them to bring the moon for us, I had to bargain so much JUST for clean bed sheets. The 3rd night, there were 2 more mice. I asked for my money back or a different apartment. The guy finally gave in and gave us a different apartment. My 4 other friends and I had to walk in the rain and cold to the new place. This new place had no heat, keep in mind it’s about 40 degrees outside, no hot water and no unlimited WiFi. My friends and I had to make bird baths, heat up water in a pot in order to shower. To heat up the apartment, we turned on the oven and left it open so we wouldn’t freeze in there. The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance men. Both people were super friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Everyone else can suck a butt. I will never stay here ever. GET A HOTEL!!!

Nice apartment but bad communication

The apartment was very nice, with a comfy bed, nice shower & bath and spacious kitchen / living room area. Although the pull out bed was not in good condition and the sheets were dirty. Collecting the keys for the apartment was a pain as you have to go to Camden which is the opposite way from where the apartment is. You are not made aware of this until you have confirmed and paid for the booking. When arriving at the office to collect the keys, the gentleman asked for a different deposit amount than what the confirmation confirmed, once questioned on this he changed his mind. The apartment is a completely different address than stated on the website and is hard to find due to this. The apartment was clean but we weren't given many towels considering there was a total of 4 guests for 3 nights. The apartment was boiling and the only cool room was the bedroom where we had a door onto a 'balcony', most of the windows couldn't be opened therefore made the stay rather uncomfortable... I certainly wouldn't stay again as this accommodation was more hassle than its worth.

Ok, men minus for trafikk og innsjekking.

Ok leilighet til ok pris. Minus for mye trafikkstøy på kvelder og netter. Stort minus for at resepsjonen er i en helt annen del av London og at en må betale 40 pund for å få nøkkel levert til leiligheten + at resepsjonen stenger klokka 20.00. Koster 50 pund å få sjekket inn etter det. Vi ankom 20.30 på grunn av forsinkelse med sjåføren. Selv om dette ble opplyst om i god tid, måtte en ut med denne summen. Dette var informasjon som var godt gjemt under bestillingen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Die Einrichtung war auch soweit in Ordnung, der Esstisch war etwas wackelig. Die Dame im Büro der Schlüsselausgabe war sehr bemüht und freundlich, ihr Kollege dafür umso weniger.

This is a great property but definitely not the one advertised. Property managers not friendly and the distance from the property management company to the apartment is something everyone should be aware of as this is an additional cost

Great Find!

Flat was on Bermondsey Street and had a rooftop terrace. I stayed there with two other colleagues and we were all pleasantly surprised not just with the apartment but the location! The restaurants and bars in the area are superb, despite this teh apartment was very quiet so a good nights sleep is easy. Would highly recommend this apartment. We talked about it so much our colleagues got a cab over to go for dinner with us in the local Japanese restaurant! We have an organisation of converts to seeking apartments rather than hotels for their business trips!

The checking point is very far from the apartment. The apartments was 2 bedroom but it was on the third floor of the builfding and without a lift. In the apartment the kitchen and the bedrooms were located at two different level, Very hard to go up and down.

Appartement 6 correspondant aux photos du site ,propre, bien situé 10mn du métro towerbridge . Mais problème de douche dans la salle de bain de la chambre (fuite d'eau très importe entre la baignoire et la vitre de protection :obligé d'éponger après chaque douche) Clefs à récupérer à camden éloigné des appartements mais assez simple à trouver. Personnel féminin sympa à l'accueil mais masculin peu à l'écoute des problèmes rencontrés ne faisant aucuns efforts de compréhension lors de la restitution des clefs .

you need to pick the keys up in Camden, which is around 15-20 minutes from Tower Bridge. there is a near by supermarket. the underground rail is about 10 minutes walk. good apartment. it get's a bit hot upstairs in summer and is very light early (perhaps some better blinds). but all in all, very good

Terrible que te citan en un lugar para el check inn y luego de eso te envían a una dirección súper lejos para hospedarte, mejor debían de citarte en donde ya te vas a hospeda y no hacerte gastar de más o estar de un lado a otro con las maletas. Y aparte de eso, que inconsciencia que viendo que estamos con niños y maletas grandes nos asignan un departamento en el 5 piso sin elevador. Pésima experiencia y carísima para lo que es el departamento súper sencillo. He pagado menos por estancias mucho más bonitas y cómodas.
