This was so convenient for walking to Buckingham Palace, beautiful parks, and the Victoria station. It was absolutely quiet at night and the staff was so helpful. They even found and shipped a ring my daughter accidentally left. Had almost as good of an experience at our next stop at Resident in Liverpool.

The hotel was literally located right next to Buckingham Palace. Everything was within 1 mile walking distance (Parliament, Picadilly Circus, Oxford Circus). Victoria Underground Station was 5 minute wlk. There were plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. The best thing about the hotel wa the staff. Planning a day was so easy with their help and tips.

An amazing stay at the resident. Honestly the best thing about our stay was the way the staff interacted with us. Always pleasant and approachable. The vip upgrade and benefit were wonderful touches and the location of this hotel from London Vic tube is superb. We will definitely stay here during our next stay in London.

Hotel welcomed us warmly by giving us a cute handwritten card with London iconic attractions, together with a bottle of wine. We felt very welcomed and happy to stay in this hotel. Service was also prompt when we needed something by calling the front desk. Staffs were also friendly. Might stay in this hotel if we were to go back, and happy that we stayed here for our anniversary. Just that the corridor is a little dim, and that the nearby attractions would mostly require taking the underground. Thank you hotel and the staffs

We had a very quick layover and wanted to catch the Changing of the Guard. This hotel was perfect for that purpose! Small room, but we were only in it to sleep so worked well for us.

Top notch hotel !
Superb place to stay. We had basement room so no noise in room. Fab amenities including Molton brown toiletries, Paul Smith lamp and ghd hair dryer. As a Silver member received a bottle of wine along with personalised message on card !

3 night break in London. Arrived and we were given an accessible room. Didn’t like the plastic shower curtain in bathroom. Told hotel was fully booked. Lighting in the room was very poor. Stayed at other Resident hotels and were offered wine and snacks every evening. Not offered anything at this Resident hotel.
