The only 2 minor drawbacks were that there was no room to open my suitcase except on my bed and that there was vacuum cleaner left out on the narrow hall the whole overnight stay I was there."

"Property is located on the Thames and my room just happened to overlook the Tower Bridge. Waking to that everyday was sweet! Right outside the hotel are several restaurants and spots for drinks along the river. The location is close to the transit system and an easy walk to most attractions. While I didn’t interact with the staff other than checking in and out, they were very friendly. The room itself was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice. I also had to add a day to my stay about six weeks in advance and had no problems at all. I recommend."
