Overall a good stay and value for money but you do get what you pay for. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were shared but clean and never had to wait. Walls are pretty thin so it could get noisy at night if people didn’t abide by quiet hours. Wifi wasn’t great, Zoom calls were difficult so beware if you need to work from there. Breakfast was decent but dining hall was crowded. Overall, I’d definitely stay there again given the price and super convenient location.

great basic accommodation with superb brekky

stayed in the middle of tube strike - nightmare getting around! but able to leave case in luggage room around midday which was helpful; returning at 5pm check in was quick & efficient and my request for a ground floor room satisfied - thanks. larger room than normal, clean and tidy with everything working. bed not best quality but comfortable enough to enjoy a good night’s sleep. comprehensive brekky with quality ingredients & lots of options. recommended with reservations as not for everyone

arrived at 14.50 and checked in immediately, however the room allocated was not served by lift and I have a dodgy knee. reception staff went out of their way to reallocate in an efficient and friendly way

Rooms are practically impossobly to locate with little reasoning or signage and the reception do not seem to understand this when giving directions at check in. Any service at breakfast barely speak english which makes things tricky. We use purely because of the price ans location.

Clean and great location

Excellent location. Comfy and clean bed. Room was a good size for a single. Walls are very thin but I slept without waking. Breakfast was excellent, so much chose and staff serving were very friendly. I would stay again. Even better if there was a kettle in the room or access to a kitchen as I arrive back very late after work and fancied a cup of tea.

In a good location. Fixtures & fittings were looking quite worn & tired. The most difficult thing was navigating around the complex of buildings. I constantly got lost. However the free breakfast was excellent
