Great flat! Location is perfect. Host is very accommodating. Lots of towels provided. Surprisingly clean. We were on the 3rd floor which we forgot it’s the 4th floor for us because ground is 0 so a bit of a hike up the stairs but to be expected.

The place is very clean, nice modern however, it is very hot during summer because there’s no Ac, the electric fan shots on and off, the most thing we don’t like it that there is no lift or elevator. It’s a huddle carrying luggage’s from the ground floor to the fourth floor where we stayed.

The location of this property was excellent. It is located right in the center of a very vibrant area and is very walkable. There are numerous restaurant, shopping, and enter entertainment opportunities right at your fingertips. The apartment is comfortably furnished and exceptionally clean.One thing that I would want people to know ahead of time, however, is that there is no elevator in the stairs are very very steep. So if mobility is an issue, you would need to make sure that you were on a lower floor. My daughter, grandson, and I had an excellent weeklong stay and if I am ever in the area again, I will definitely try to book the same location.

Great location in the heart of London. Easy to get to, 2nd floor apartment in a nice old house, apartment nicely renovated and well equipped. Bus station in front of the door. Unfortunately high noise level from the street until early in the morning. Culture and restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommended.

We found the perfect apartment for our London stay! Inside the apartment was very comfortable, and the kitchen was adequate for what we needed. We were there from Monday-Thursday, and we had no problems with street noise at all. We had the perfect window on the world! As soon as you open the front door from the apartment building, you're instantly in the middle of London, and we were able to easily walk around the area. Perfect location if you're hoping to see some West End shows (we saw 3!). Very close to both the Leicester and Piccadilly underground stations, and the little market below can hold luggage if you arrive early or are leaving past checkout, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay close both historical and cultural sites in London.

Great location, not so great sleep…

Wow!! Talk about location…. Five star, no doubt. Easy to find and easy access. Nice appartment, and well kept. All you need regarding cups and plates and all other kitchen utensils. On the downside…if you don’t shut the «inner Windows» at nighttime it feels like trying to sleep in the middle of the road. Both our teenagers barely slept the first night before we discovered the «inner windows» and also purchased some ear-plugs. Beds are also definately on the «tougher» side of hard. You can feel every spring on the main bed. Also for you Scandinavians. There’s a double douvet on each bed. ;) be prepared to share ;))

The check-in process was a disaster. We didn't receive the necessary information to access the apartment on time and were left waiting outside after multiple unanswered phone calls. Eventually, someone reached out and attempted to resolve the issue, claiming it was due to the deposit—even though I had paid it immediately upon receiving their communication email. The apartment itself is fine, aside from some noise, which is acceptable. The location is great, surrounded by many good restaurants and grocery stores. While I wouldn’t say the entire experience was bad, it was definitely a rough start—especially for the kids, who were scared after a 10-hour flight. Not the welcome we were hoping for.

Comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need. Two warnings though, there is no lift and it’s on the 4th floor so be ready to haul your bags up yourself and hike up after walking all day. The second is the neighborhood is very noisy and passersby love to ring the doorbell at all hours as a prank. The beds need updating and the pillows are super thin, felt like a folded sheet in a pillow case. The neighborhood is amazing! close to two of the tube stations, a few blocks away from Piccadilly Circus shopping, one block from Chinatown with great restaurants, lots of theaters to see plays and pubs to enjoy when the play lets out right on the same block. We’d definitely stay here again especially of the bed and pillow situation was improved.

The good- this apartment is centrally located. It is very close to theaters and many attractions. The kitchen and bathroom is nice. The bad- it is on a major thoroughfare, in a busy area. Unless you are ok staying up until 4:00am, you may have trouble sleeping. The noise is incredible. While we were there, aside from the normal people, emergency vehicle, vehicle noise, there was the really disruptive extra, extra loud motorcycles going by over and over late at night. I realize this isn’t something the management of the apartment can control. And they do have good storm windows. But, if you are considering staying here, you should be aware of how noisy it is. I couldn’t get to sleep until things finally quieted down between 3-4 am. Also, the apartment was very hot. It was in the 70s outside when we were there. We would open the windows all day until we were trying to sleep, and turn fans on, but we couldn’t cool the apartment below around 78 degrees. The windows only open a few inches. Finally, it wasn’t very clean- blinds are covered with dust, corners are dirty, there are visible spills on cushions, the pillows are worn out/flat, and we ran out of toilet paper after only three days!

Sadly the property has ZERO soundproofing and the noise from the road is unbelievable. The apartment is lovely and clean, well equipped and a good size but I would not return due to the noise which went on until around 3am.

My family had an excellent stay here! Home.ly was great about communication and helped us resolved a lock issue day of. The apartment had all the essentials for cooking. I can see what other reviews are saying about the noise - it wasn’t very quiet but I feel like that expected for central London. Overall, the location is unbeatable and we loved pretty much everything about the apartment. Looking forward to coming back!
