Lack of Cleaning and maintenance

Sadly the only positive comment about this property is the amazing location, just 2minutes away from Piccadilly circus. The apartment is nicely furnished but there is a total lack of cleaning and maintenance (full of dust, stains, hairs, broken crockeries, missing bulbs, end of life mattress, windows & curtains not fully functional) Also it sits in a filth building totally abandoned to its fate. There might be potential if the managing company will seriously invest in a deep cleaning & maintenance program.

Nice ush appartment in rotten block

Once in the apartment,not too bad. Access stairs and hallway old and filthy and lift obviously always broken. Officious check in procedure including having to send photo of passport.

The apartment is located right in Soho only a few mins walk from 2 tube stations. It was modern, clean and comfortable. The size might worry some people but it was peefect for two people spending 2 nights in London. The instructions for entry were simple and easy to follow.

Perfekt beliggenhed

Sindssyg god beliggenhed! Men værelset var meget småt og ret klaustrofobisk.. sengen var 1.90 i længde og værelset er ligeledes 1.90 bredt 😅.. det trækker utrolig meget fra vinduet som sengen står op ad. Service fra hotellet er supersøde og meget hjælpsomme! Og ja beliggenheden var fantastisk

Rigtig god til en weekend shoppe tur

Rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på alt. Vi brugte ingen penge på transport udover til og fra lufthavnen. Rummet småt, men helt fint til os to. Der var et lille køkken som vi benyttet os rigtig meget af! Der var træk fra vinduet, og vi kunne godt haft trængt til at få en rengøring og toiletpapir måtte vi selv købe. men det var også det eneste negative.

Overall location was great. The property as such was really small, old and narrow. The room was exceptionally tiny. The worst of all was the position of the bed one side of which was literally against the window which was badly insulated and there was non stop draft and cold. Cleanness is not their strong poin, knives in the kitchenette were stored dirty and there was lack of soap in the bathroom . The cleaners arriving every morning to clean vacant appointments were extremely noisy. Don’t count on sleeping late , for sure some shouting and slamming of hallway and apartments doors will wake you up.

Esperienza davvero tremenda, appena arrivati abbiamo contattato il numero della struttura per il ritiro del e chiavi e ci è stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto prima dare una caparra di 240€ mai menzionata prima (che ancora mi deve essere restituita!). Dopo una chiamata durata un’ora di orologio causa la poca cordialità della ragazza del centralino che fingeva di non capire. Una volta entrati nel palazzo ci ha travolto una puzza incredibile che ci ha accompagnato per il resto del soggiorno, l’iPad nella quale inserire i dati per il ritiro della chiave era guasto dunque sono stati necessari altri 45 minuti al telefono sempre caratterizzati da scarsissima cordialità e professionalità. Insomma il ritiro delle chiavi è stato davvero un incubo. La camera in se per se è molto carina e la posizione è fantastica, purtroppo la pulizia come in ogni alloggio d’inghilterra è davvero pessima.

Unprofessional and unhelpful, will never recommend

Let us down when we arrived there, booked and paid for 2 rooms and they have cancelled one without any prior notice, made my son and his wife and my daughter and her husband stand in the cold for 3 hours saying one couple can have room and another couple can’t, so unprofessional and zero understanding for the the tourists. We had to book another hotel at the last minute paying 3 times more the price. Not suitable for tourists

Great except for broken elevator!

Exceptional location, and the small studio apartment was very nice--clean, comfortable, and quiet. The main issue was that the apartment was on the 4th floor (5th floor for Americans), and the elevator/lift was out of order. I was very glad I had only a small carry-on suitcase. This would be a huge issue for someone with any kind of mobility problem or someone who was sick or just really tired. Other than that, though, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this facility again.

Location perfect. Beautiful kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. The bed is okay for 1 person but it may be more complicated for two. Besides, you have got to crawl on the bed to open or close the blinds or the curtains. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Superbra när du väl kommer in!

Hotellet ligger ju på allra bästa tänkbara plats, mitt i allt! Perfekt utgångsläge! Rummen är små men fräscha och har allt. Sängarna bekväma. Men det är otroligt svårt att komma in och få tag i nyckeln. Vi ar här förra året och hade svårigheter, nu hade man bytt system och det innebar nya problem. Som tur är kom en annan gäst och hjälpte oss, de hade i sin tur fått lov att ringa efter hjälp för att komma in. Tips: Sätt upp en bild på HUR nyckelluckan ska öppnas, för som det är nu fattar man inte var man ska ta tag och försöka dra någonstans.

The lift did not work, and trekking up 4 flights of stairs with two heavy bags was not an ideal start to my business trip. The room was comfortable, but several ideas about improving customer satisfaction: have a sink in the bathroom that drains easily (it took 15 minutes to empty), and perhaps a bottle of water in the fridge. Whilst I know apartments are not hotels, there are some tweaks that would go a long way to increase the review rating. The entrance is a little offputting, ie next to a Korean restaurant, with the smell of food overpowering as you walk in. A great location though.

AVOID! Unless...you might want to pay for a King Bed and get a Queen. Zero communication from the owner to rectify this or any other problem means, if you’re seeking feeling ripped off and frustrated, they’ll be sure to meet your expectations. If you enjoy clambering over your partner to get to your spot next to the window, sleeping jammed up against the wall, and feeling the cold from the window, this is the place for you. The window will allow you to enjoy sleepless nights with voices, vehicles and rubbish trucks. Relish hearing your neighbours snore, use the bathroom, walk around and do other nocturnal activities? Well this place will ensure you’ll hear that...and they’ll hear you! At around two metres wide, I can see how one could get excited by feeling boxed in and having nowhere to put their cases...or anything. The floor was filthy, as was the toilet and other surfaces, for that farmyard effect, if you live on a pig farm and are homesick. If you want an excuse to eat out, this is the motivator. Limited cooking equipment means you’ll have a challenge cooking, and washing up can be achieved by banging your head against the cupboard above the sink. No dish rack for drying...nor a tea towel (paper towel). Use toilet paper? They’ll go all out and give you a whole one and a half rolls for two adults for four days! Considerate, right? Great location...with lots of hotels to choose from (hint!). I personally prefer professional service, cleanliness and sleep.

Noisy location

No A/C in the apt so had to sleep with the window open, unfortunately it’s next to a noisy bar so sleeping was impossible before 3am. Pictures of the apt in the ad are a little deceiving, our apt was extremely small and not the same layout as pictured. Can’t beat the location though...
