Very difficult to rate the hotel. I gave 3 stars overall rating. The staff at reception deserve a solid 4 stars. Siham and her team has been easy to talk to and reactive. But the cleaning services are well below par. They rarely pass the hoover unless they are told to do so. I left intended visible scrubs on the floor to see if they would be picked up. Not sure how long they spend in the bathroom (unless you complain about a smell like i did). I witness one guy staying less than 5 minutes. Once he left I was convinced he was going to come back. The only thing they do thoroughly is to change the bedsheet. Cherry on the Top some of them do not speak English. Once again my criticisms do not sum my stay. The reception team has been great. But the management need to put the onus on the cleaning services unless it is a conscious decision.

We stayed at your property this last week and took an offer to upgrade our room from a studio suite to a separate bedroom and sitting room. The offer included robes, sippers, water, etc as amenities none of which we received. The room was comfortable and clean, but the stopped in one of the sinks was broken so we couldn’t use it. The hair dryer was broken (which was quickly replaced) and when I asked for additional tea bags and water which I had believed was part of the additional perks to the room, it was delivered 2 hours later. The staff were all pleasant, the breakfast was good with excellent service, and the lobby especially was very well kept. Overall the hotel was good, however if I knew the upgrade wasn’t really an upgrade, I never would have taken the offer and am very disappointed.

When we first arrived our room was like walking into a sauna and the electricity was turned off. We had to wait some time for them to get maintenance to sort it out. The room wasn't the newest and the furniture was chipped and the chair had stains on it. The remote control was dirty. They put us in a room with a bath instead of a shower and I specifically requested a shower as I am 7 months pregnant For the price we paid a night I am absolutely angry and would rather have stayed somewhere else even if we had to travel. When I complained the lady at the desk wasn't really apologetic. I will never stay at this hotel again!

This hotel is located in a very convenient West End London area close to three subway stations and near a number of varied restaurants and pubs. It's a relatively busy area, so not terribly quiet, but this did not detract from our sightseeing intent and there was a really nice quiet pub about 2 km down the road that we could retreat to after tiring days. The hotel staff were friendly, but not well organised, being not well informed of their own procedures in a couple areas and the housekeeping not being able to regularly supply the normal amount of towels, etc. The breakfast really was sub-par for 20 quid each and we only ate there once. The service was a bit lax, the food was mediocre at best and the breakfast area (the lobby bar) was quite crowded and noisy. For the price we paid for the room over a full 2-week stay, there were a number of substandard service experiences that did lessen our enjoyment of the property. The Studio Suite room we had was nice and large, but the lack of a chest of drawers meant that we had to live out of our suitcases for the full 2 weeks, there only being a closet to hang clothes, but not a place to lay things out. We had several packages delivered to us at the hotel, and despite being assured in advance that this was OK, the front desk staff did not seem to know what to do with said packages, never contacting us to say they had arrives, each staff member seemingly having a different procedure to check if a package arrived & how to find it.

Nice environment with good transport links and access to shopping. However, more food option is required to the Menu (room service). Also, access/provision for Taxi pickup and drop off is urgently required outside. The hotel is directly at a bus stop making taxi access difficult.

Great room on the 7th floor , giant windows with a great view of shepherds bush. Complimentary free drink at the bar. Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants & two tube stops . Definitely staying here again on my next trip to London !

I booked a twin room for my daughter and myself, but after checking in found the room was a double. Went down to reception and changed, no problem but wish I kept the original room as the replacement was half the size and seemed tired compared to the other room. Can't fault the outlook of the hotel and the staff are very polite. Very convenient for parking at Westfield and tube etc., so I'd definitely stay here again.

Always stay here when in London, all main tube services run to Shepherds Bush, that run the late night service too! Excellent location to base yourself. Easy to get to by car.

Good product. Very poor staff service at check in allocated a twin but booked a double. Did not clean the room at all one day.Safe broken and soap missing from dispenser in bathroom.
